Anubhav joined the Firm’s dispute resolution practice in 2016 and specialises in handling both complex commercial disputes and contentious matters within the aviation sector. He has represented leading aircraft and engine lessors in high-stakes litigation involving asset repossession and lease disputes. Anubhav also advises clients on negotiating and structuring agreements for aircraft acquisitions and leasing and plays a key role in enforcement of foreign judgments arising out of lease agreements, insolvency actions, and provides support in repossession of leased aircraft and engines. Anubhav has 9+ years of experience and specialises in handling disputes related to insurance and reinsurance, white collar crimes, insolvency disputes, sports and media rights, shareholder disputes and complex commercial contract related disputes for Indian Insurers, Trade Credit Insurers, overseas Reinsurers, and general commercial clients before Supreme Court, High Courts, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Securities Appellate Tribunal and arbitral tribunals.
