He has 14+ years of experience and specialises in handling disputes related to insurance and reinsurance, construction, shipping, trade credit, bills of exchange, white collar crimes, insolvency disputes, media rights, shareholder disputes and complex commercial contract related disputes for Indian Insurers, Trade Credit Insurers, overseas Reinsurers, and general commercial clients. Naval represents clients in proceedings before Indian Courts, consumer courts, ad-hoc and institutional domestic and international arbitration tribunals, insolvency tribunals and other forums.
