Pooja Chakrabarti has varied experience in commercial litigation, public interest litigation, arbitration, banking, constitutional law, real estate, and intellectual property matters. She regularly appears before the High Courts at Kolkata, Mumbai, and Delhi, the Supreme Court of India, National Company Law Tribunals (NCLT), Debt Recovery Tribunals, and other quasi-judicial authorities, as well as in arbitration proceedings. She has acted for and advised multinational companies, public sector undertakings, banks, and financial institutions. She graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and completed a Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Oxford, UK. Before joining Argus Partners in 2011, she worked with Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. and Paras Kuhad & Associates.
