Rishi Anand is a corporate and commercial lawyer based in New Delhi, India, and a Partner at DSK Legal. He has significant experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investments, joint ventures, general corporate, restructuring and reorganizations, with a focus on complex, high-end corporate transactions. Having worked at leading law firms in Singapore, China and India, he brings a unique mix of international and entrepreneurial experience into his practice.
