Rashmi Deshpande is a Senior Partner at Krishnamurthy and Co (known as K Law), based in Bengaluru, India. She heads the firm's real estate practice, advising clients on transactions across India. Prior to joining Krishnamurthy and Co, she worked at Khaitan & Co LLP as a partner heading the real estate practice across South India, and previously at Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co in the real estate and dispute resolution team. She started her practice in 2001 with Mr. Ashok Haranahalli, Senior Counsel and former Advocate General of Karnataka, and has handled cases in the High Court of Karnataka and other courts and tribunals on property-related matters.
