Mr. K.A. Najmi is presently a Partner in Link Legal ILS, a full service Law Firm as part of the Banking and Finance team of the Firm. He holds a Master’s degree in law from Bombay University with specialisation in commercial laws. He has more than 30 years of experience. He has served in the Legal Department, Reserve Bank of India (1979-2000) on various positions. He was involved in the drafting and implementation of Exchange Control Regulations.
