Jatin Aneja is a Partner and National Practice Head for Projects & Project Finance at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., based in India. He has extensive experience in project and project finance transactions across urban infrastructure, energy (conventional and renewable), roads, ports, airports, railways, power, and oil and gas. He has advised Indian and multinational companies on commercial law aspects, including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and financings, and has led precedent-setting transactions in the airports and railways sectors (e.g., advising GMR Group on investments into GMR Airports Limited and advising on the Pune metro corridor). He also advised the Ministry of Civil Aviation and AAI on privatization of Delhi and Mumbai airports and has been involved in nearly all LNG projects in India. He speaks English and Hindi, holds a B.A. LL.B (Hons) from National Law School of India University, Bangalore, and is a member of the Delhi Bar Association.
