Dr. Anna Schwander is a corporate partner in the Munich office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. She advises clients on all aspects of corporate law and focuses in particular on capital markets transactions and general capital market advice as well as foreign trade law. Anna advises issuers and financial sponsors on capital markets transactions including IPOs, right offerings, private placements and block trades, as well as the issuance of high yield bonds and convertible bonds. She also advises corporations and their bodies on general capital market and stock corporation law.
