He has extensive experience acting for international and regional sponsors and borrowers on complex cross-border financing transactions, with a focus on acquisition and leveraged financings, investment fund financings, and real estate financings. He has represented leading private equity sponsors including EQT, Partners Group, Bain, Apax, Advent, Warburg Pincus, Brookfield, KKR, Blackstone, and Platinum Equity across Asia, particularly in India and Southeast Asia.
