Fergus Saurin is a partner in the Hong Kong office of Kirkland & Ellis. He focuses on dispute resolution and has extensive experience in complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration disputes, with a particular focus on capital markets, funds, M&A and shareholder disputes, as well as banking and international trade and investment cases. His arbitration experience includes cases administered under all major institutional rules and ad hoc arbitrations. He also regularly advises on insolvency and restructuring matters and has acted on both creditor and debtor sides in high profile insolvencies in Hong Kong and elsewhere.
