Mark Boyagi is a private funds partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on advising sponsors and lead investors in complex secondary market transactions, including portfolio sales, structured secondaries, stapled secondaries, fund recapitalizations, strip-sales, tender offers, and other liquidity solutions. He also advises sponsors and institutional investors in open-ended and closed-ended private investment funds, co-investment programs, strategic partnerships, and separately managed accounts.
