Sebastian Chan is a debt finance partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He advises private equity and infrastructure fund clients on investments in energy and infrastructure assets, and has experience representing financial institutions, funds, non-traditional lenders, companies, and financial sponsors in debt financing and restructuring transactions, including bank and bond offerings in leveraged acquisition finance.
