Kevin represents private equity sponsors and public and private companies in acquisitions and investments (controlling and minority), divestitures, joint ventures, financings, restructurings and other corporate matters. He also represents management teams in connection with the formation of joint venture platforms and follow-on transactions. In addition, Kevin has represented private equity sponsors in numerous preferred equity investments and other structured securities transactions.
