Polina is a partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She advises clients on a broad range of complex corporate and commercial tax matters with a particular focus on private equity and insurance industry transactions including domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, separations, joint ventures, recapitalizations and debt and equity restructurings. Polina has worked on numerous private equity, LBO and merger and acquisition transactions ranging from several million dollars to several billion dollars for clients including: Audax Group, Bain Capital, CIVC, GTCR, Flexpoint Ford, Levine Leichtman, Waud Capital and others.
