Karthik Ravishankar is a partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He has significant experience facilitating cases through discovery and bringing cases to trial, particularly at the U.S. International Trade Commission, where he has managed over thirty investigations and taken over a dozen cases to trial. His practice is focused on intellectual property litigation — including patents, trade secrets, false advertising and trademarks — and he has represented clients at the ITC and in district court involving a variety of technologies, including cellular devices, mobile payments, data encryption, spray guns, non-invasive body-contouring, pharmaceuticals and AI dashcams.
