Amber Whipkey is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Amber's practice focuses on representing clients, both corporate and individual, in matters related to a broad range of enforcement investigations including those conducted by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), among others.
