Jennifer Josephson has practiced trial law for more than thirty years, focusing primarily on contract and commercial disputes while also handling environmental torts, securities law, ERISA disputes, and employment law. She has substantial experience arguing in Texas and federal courts of appeals and has participated in jury and bench trials as well as arbitrations.
