Advised PVH Inc. on its US$200 million joint venture with Grupo Axo for the distribution of the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brands in Mexico. Advised Owens-Illinois in the acquisition of the food & beverage division of Vitro, one of the largest glass producers worldwide, for approximately US$2.15 billion. Advised PVH Inc. on its US$200 million joint venture with Grupo Axo for the distribution of the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brands in Mexico. Advised Sealed Air Corporation in the sale of the Diversey Care division and the food hygiene and cleaning business within its Food Care division to Bain Capital for approximately US$3.2 billion. Represented the Mexican entities of Smurfit Kappa Group plc in its issuance of €500 million worth of bonds. Represented Jaguar Land Rover UK in the launch of its Mexican distribution subsidiary.
