Dan joined the firm as a summer associate in 2010, and was elevated to Shareholder in 2020. Dan currently focuses his practice primarily in the area of mergers and acquisitions, and advises clients across various industries in acquisitions and sales of public and private companies and their assets, mergers, joint ventures and financing transactions. He also assists clients on an ongoing basis with general corporate matters, including Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance. Dan has particular experience representing physician practice groups, private equity sponsors, management services organizations, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals and diagnostic imaging centers in connection with physician employment agreements, practice management arrangements, regulatory compliance and other business activities. · Hallett & Perrin, PC
