Tim has experience with public offerings and private issuances of securities, mergers and acquisitions, federal securities law compliance, governance issues and contract negotiations. He has particular expertise in representing venture capital and private equity investors, as well as entrepreneurs. Although his practice is industry-agnostic, he has specific experience within the construction, technology, energy, retail and manufacturing industries. Tim has also served as issuer counsel in numerous underwritten public offerings within the property and casualty insurance, retail, manufacturing and software industries.
