Andrea Schmoll

Dr. Andrea Schmoll is a partner in our IP team. She advises national and international clients on all matters of intellectual property law with a particular focus on the commercialisation of IP rights. Andrea has longstanding experience in advising and representing national and international clients on technology transfer, in particular as regards the in- and out-licensing of IP Rights as well as research and development collaborations and antitrust issues. Among her further areas of expertise are trademark and unfair competition law. A special focus of her activity is the field of employee invention law.
