Giovanni Luca Andriolo

Giovanni specialises in financial regulation and fintech, with a particular focus on crypto-asset services, access to the Italian market for international operators and the DORA Regulation, having assisted numerous financial intermediaries in their compliance with digital operational resilience requirements. He assists financial intermediaries across the entire spectrum of regulated activities – from investment and payment services to credit, from crowdfunding to crypto-assets – providing strategic legal and regulatory advice. In particular, he has a strong specialisation in crypto-asset services, assisting national and international operators in relation to the sector's regulatory framework – MiCAr, DLT Pilot Regime and Fintech Decree. Giovanni has also gained consolidated experience with European Crowdfunding Service Providers (ECSPs), having contributed to the filing of the first application in Italy and the authorisation of the first Italian ECSP authorised for both lending crowdfunding and the non-binding offer of securities. · Osborne Clarke
