Maurizio Zonca

Maurizio's practice focuses on business crisis. As an expert in insolvency law, he advises companies in arrangements with creditors procedures, debt restructuring agreements, tax settlements and certified recovery plans; in this context, he has gained experience in restructuring companies operating in the renewable energy and automotive sectors, working in close co-ordination with the clients also in the management of the day-to-day life of the companies. In bankruptcy matters, he also deals with the preparation of bankruptcy petitions, appeals, bankruptcy composition proposals, applications for admission to the list of claims and opposition proceedings. He also assists and advises bankruptcy trustees in connection with the various tasks entrusted to him by the Court, such as liability actions and debt collection.
