Claudio Giordano

Claudio is of counsel in our corporate team primarily based in Padua. He has long-standing experience in domestic and international matters, including general corporate, M&A and private equity transactions. He is a member of the board of directors of several Italian companies based in the Veneto area active in various business sectors, all of which deal extensively in the international arena.
