She focuses on the purchase and sale of residential, commercial, and multifamily mortgage loans and single-family rental properties, as well as structuring and negotiating warehouse lines, various government insured and guaranteed loans, mezzanine loans, preferred equity, real-estate-owned properties, and residential securities. Shanell has particular expertise in assisting clients in launching and acquiring warehouse lending platforms and counsels clients on a variety of syndicated financing transactions.
