Of Counsel Alan Kashdan focuses his practice on regulatory matters, particularly international trade regulation, including compliance with U.S. export controls and sanctions administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets Control, U.S. Department of Commerce, and U.S. Department of State.
