Mary Bucci is a partner and practice group leader of Brown Rudnick's Finance Practice Group, representing financial institutions, hedge funds, and borrowers in complex corporate finance and restructuring transactions. She concentrates on multi-lender cash flow and asset-based loans, acquisition financing, junior and senior loans, high yield debt offerings, and debtor-in-possession financing, and frequently advises on bankruptcy and creditors' rights issues.
