Ms. Dorne focuses her practice on advising private client transactions, including business planning and corporate compliance, corporate governance, commercial finance, and real estate, representing both individuals and entities. She has additional experience in the formation and operation of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, stock options, finance, and general representation of entrepreneurs within a variety of diverse industries with a particular emphasis on advising clients in the health care field. Hillary Dorne is a member of the Corporate, Commercial Finance and the Health Care Practice Groups in Buchalter’s San Diego office.
