He also represents private companies in mergers and acquisitions and other transactions across a variety of industries. Lee has represented numerous private equity sponsors, including Cove Hill Partners, Mainsail Partners, Riverside Partners, Serent Capital, and Sverica Capital. Previously, Lee served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of American Dental Partners, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADPI), a portfolio company of Summit Partners.
