Known for his creative yet measured approach to complex transactions, Mark assists clients with international debt financings, debt workouts and restructurings, asset-based credit facilities, second-lien and split-lien credit facilities, leveraged acquisitions, retail finance, multinational credit facilities, and intercreditor arrangements.
