Drew Dutton is Co-Head of the firm’s UK/European insurance practice. He is a London-based corporate insurance partner who regularly represents financial institutions, private equity sponsors, pension funds and multinational corporations in a broad range of cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
