She has nearly a decade of experience handling complex, high-stakes commercial litigation, with a primary focus on insurance coverage and bad faith matters. Ms. Foran represents domestic and international insurers in coverage disputes involving environmental liability, toxic torts, personal injury, and product liability claims.
