Michael L. Fox is managing partner of Duane Morris' San Francisco office and co-chair of the Products Liability and Toxic Torts Division of the Firm's Trial Practice Group. Mr. Fox represents energy producers, chemical and equipment manufacturers, construction and pharmaceutical companies, and public entities in toxic tort, environmental release, general liability and serious personal injury matters.
