Mr. Kastrinakis also advises businesses on tax aspects of cross border operations and cross-border tax optimization strategies and planning. He represents numerous foreign family offices, companies and investment funds, particularly based in Latin America, on U.S. tax issues. On the domestic side, Kastrinakis provides tax advice to buyers and sellers in private transactions, including purchases and sales of partnerships and S corporations.
