Richard Ansbacher is a corporate partner resident in Washington, DC. Mr. Ansbacher has spent over 25 years on the formation and structuring of international and domestic investments and advising clients with regard to other aspects of asset management. He has extensive experience in global private equity funds, and has represented fund sponsors regarding regulatory compliance, tax structuring, employee compensation and general corporate matters.
