Steve Epstein
Steve Epstein is the managing partner of the firm and a member of the firm’s Governance Committee. He maintains an active corporate practice and serves as a trusted advisor to some of the country’s leading companies across a broad range of industry sectors. As co-head of our M&A and Private Equity Practice, Steve counsels public and private companies, financial sponsors and investment banking firms in a variety of transactional and advisory situations, including acquisitions, divestitures, takeover preparedness and corporate governance matters.
