
Mark Hayek
Mr. Hayek is a partner in the Corporate Department and the Capital Markets and Finance Practices. He represents clients in corporate finance transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged loans and high-yield debt, as well as domestic and international public and private equity and debt securities offerings. He also has substantial experience with syndicated loans as counsel to corporate borrowers, including Merck, Procter & Gamble, T-Mobile and Under Armour. In addition, Mr. Hayek advises clients with respect to periodic reporting, corporate governance and other securities law matters.
