Mr. Lucas regularly acts for industry leading private equity firms and public and private companies on a variety of corporate and M&A transactions across a broad range of sectors including industrials, technology, energy, and infrastructure. He also regularly advises clients on major media, healthcare, consumer, and financial services transactions. Mr. Lucas was previously Vice President & Associate General Counsel of the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs. He focused on private equity transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and capital raising activities, as well as other principal investments made by Goldman Sachs. Clients appreciate Mr. Lucas's invaluable perspective of having worked on both the client and outside counsel side and across the full life cycle of private equity investing.
