Adam Shiff
Adam L. Shiff is a restructuring and insolvency partner resident in Fried Frank’s New York office. Mr. Shiff’s practice focuses on all aspects of restructuring, bankruptcy, insolvency and related litigation. He has thirty years of experience working on all aspects of in-court and out-of-court restructurings including bankruptcy proceedings. He regularly represents distressed businesses, formal and informal committees comprised of hedge funds, private equity funds, financial institutions and other holders of debt and equity securities, trustees, and investors in, and purchasers of, distressed debt, assets and businesses.
