Rami Turayhi

Rami Turayhi is a corporate partner, resident in the Firm’s New York office. He focuses his practice on asset management, representing fund managers in the structuring, formation and operation of private equity funds, including buyout funds, real estate funds, energy and infrastructure funds, family office vehicles, and co-investment funds, as well as hedge funds and managed accounts. Mr. Turayhi advises on securities law matters such as registration and compliance under Securities Act of 1933, the Investment Company Act of 1940, and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. He also has broad experience dealing with ESG and impact and sustainability matters.
