A.J. Frey
A.J. Frey is a partner in the Washington, D.C. and New York offices of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and is a member of the Investment Funds Practice Group. A.J.'s practice focuses on the formation and operation of private investment funds across a variety of fund strategies, including private equity, growth equity, venture capital, credit and real asset funds. In addition to fund formation, he has significant experience advising on the acquisition and sale of minority stakes in fund sponsors, as well as spin-outs of fund businesses and management teams.
