Terris draws on nearly two decades of experience and a sophisticated understanding of Hong Kong securities laws and regulations to guide corporations, private equity firms, and financial institutions on: Capital markets, including initial public offerings Mergers and acquisitions Take-private transactions Corporate restructurings General compliance matters Having worked in Beijing, Hong Kong, and London, he brings a global perspective to each corporate finance transaction. He represents companies on their transformational cross-border transactions — from IPOs to strategic inbound and outbound investments — in a broad range of sectors, including life sciences, technology, and logistics and mobility.
