Steven Chinowsky is a partner in the San Diego office and recently served as Global Co-Chair of the Technology Industry Group. Steven's practice focuses primarily on technology and intellectual property transactional matters including advising on complex business carve-out transactions, acquisitions, and dispositions of intellectual property portfolios, technology licensing agreements, research and collaboration agreements, manufacturing, co-promotion and co-commercialization agreements, and technology joint venture agreements. Steven represents both domestic and international companies in a variety of industries including: pharma, biotechnology, diagnostics, medical devices, genetic research, software, and manufacturing.
