Justin draws on his sophisticated understanding of the leveraged credit markets, which he obtained through his extensive experience working with both institutional investors and representing financial sponsors, to advise companies, financial sponsors, and credit investors on various transactions, including: Liability management transactions and other out-of-court restructurings Negotiating and analyzing credit agreements and bond indentures Open-market purchases and distressed exchanges LBO financings Formal restructurings under Chapter 11 Secured transactions under articles 8 and 9 of the UCC He helps market participants evaluate complex transaction structures and design capital structure solutions, including uptiering transactions, drop-down financings, and other balance sheet restructurings. Justin also guides both colleagues and clients on the application of AI tools to covenant analysis and capital structure screenings at an institutional scale.
