Tom represents private equity sponsors and buyers in a range of high-stakes transactions involving asset management firms, including: GP stakes and other minority investments Control transactions Structured equity He draws on a sophisticated understanding of rapidly evolving markets and regulations to guide clients through their most consequential GP liquidity deals. Tom also regularly advises public companies, as well as private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, on mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, follow-on investments, divestitures, and leveraged buyouts.
