Kevin Reyes
Kevin Reyes is the Chair of the San Diego office’s Corporate Department. Kevin represents both private and public companies in a wide variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public securities offerings, corporate governance, venture financings, and securities law and stock exchange compliance matters. Kevin also has significant experience with periodic and current reporting requirements and proxy rules, and he co-authors the Annual Meeting Handbook, which is published annually and distributed nationwide. While attending the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, Kevin served as a judicial extern for Judge Virginia A.
