
Justin Stolte
Justin T. Stolte is Global Chair of Latham’s Energy & Infrastructure Group and a partner in its Houston and New York offices. His practice focuses on M&A and joint ventures in the energy and infrastructure sector. Prior to Latham, Justin worked in business development, commercial, and engineering roles at two global energy and infrastructure companies, where he led the acquisition, development, and divestiture of several multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects. Clients have praised this experience, noting in Chambers that it uniquely allows him “to bring a practical business perspective” and “understand what’s important” to transactions.
