John Wilson is a partner in the San Diego office and member of the Litigation & Trial Department. As Chair of Latham’s Insurance Counseling & Recovery Practice, John represents policyholders in complex insurance coverage and bad faith disputes, as well as environmental and business litigation. John represents clients at all stages of claim counseling and litigation, from motion practice to trial and through the appellate process, in federal and state court litigation, international arbitration, and high-stakes mediation.
