Volker Teigelkötter is a partner and heads the German Labour and Employment Group. His practice covers the entire spectrum of labour and employment law. His special focus is on restructuring and reorganisations, redundancy programs, plant closures and relocations, outsourcing, negotiations with employee?s representations on shop agreements and social plans, and other collective labor law issues. He regularly advises with regard to transaction related to labor law and has vast experience in post-merger integration.
