He is also the Managing Partner of the firm's Austin office. An established intellectual property trial attorney and a leader in the Western District of Texas, Brian has managed more than 250 cases involving intellectual property and technology in district courts across the nation, before the PTAB, at the ITC, and on appeal in the Federal Circuit, including matters involving patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights.
